I think i need to lose sum weight like fo real... i have not been g0od to my body for this past year... i mean cum on ganiing 20 pounds over the summer! and sum extra.... s0o i got this simple as pilates video.. l0oks easy but is actually a lil had! and i can get the real pilates for 13.80....tax alll included! so yea.
Okay you have to watch what you're eating, cut out the junk or just cut down on the amount of food and do the pilates everyday!
Put aside a time, preferably the same time, to do it everyday.
The longer you let the extra weight hang around, the harder it is to lose it.
yea i did the pilates everydae so far... well 3 dayz haha... and dave you s0o0o0o know mom and her cooking so does not help, also my lo0o0o0o0ve for chinese f0od!!!! so today this is what i ate.....
a green and orange bell pepper
and sum chinese f0od=bad
and 2 mugs of cappuccino=bad
o yea u kno wat else datz sux.....
i l0o0ove veggies and fruits..... but u kno wa....
IM ALLERGIC!!!! yes i am... abut i still eat em!... preferably c0oked... bc then they dont bother me t0o much.
