Dear Food Diary,

breakfest- two small baked potatos with two tbs. of butter 4 tbls. of sour cream, beacon bits, and salt & pepper

snack- fruit snacks in a pouch the gummy kind and a big glass of water i also had water with breakfest

Oh wow I had a hard boiled egg for breakfast and two cups of coffee. No snacks. I had a diet coke for my snack.
Lunch was a ham and cheese sandwhich on whole wheat with tomatoes and lettuce and onion, about 1 Tblspoon of Mayo and lettuce.
half a dill pickle and a mini bag of doritos. :shock:
So far I've had three glasses of water.( I love water)

i love water to! lunch-6 home made silver dollar pancakes syrup.....snack candy cane... thanks for any input. i am doing this to help me eat better.

I had a cheeseburger and baked fries for dinner and more water.
Three things cut down on hunger:
WATER!
EXCERCISE
and unfortunately the third thing is as your stomach shrinks. That takes time.
Have an apple or a piece of fruit if you think you're gonna die!

well thansk to the support i went to bed with out eating anything else.... breast two squares of home made waffles syrup big glass of water....i have to tell ya its hard to be honest about what i eat... i know i can be such onker :oops: but it does help to hear everyones input maybe the peer pressure will help not want to be such a piggy.. thanks guys

No problem Jennifer. Congrats on not eating anything else last night.
That's really important to not eat before going to bed.
I had a hardboiled egg and a piece of bread for breakfast and I haven't had lunch yet.

lunch p&j with milk.....snack- half of a toasted bagle with a slice of cheese melted on top.......dinner veggi and meat stirfry with a glass of coke.. and i am hopeing to be all done for the day

was very sick for the new year, and didnt keep any food down lost five pounds
only like 86 to go!!
I was hoping to get a tape worm. or take up bulimia, jsut for a liitle while
can this be achieved for like a set amount of pounds and THEN I would promise to eat better?

no, bolimia is a disease
