i could make them another "buy it to give it out thing" but it would be a whole lot more expensive

but you would be able to give it out when you wanted

like 5000 zenny or 2000 gold is what i was thinking (but you would be the moderator of that medal the system allows for that type of controll to be given out i believe) you would also chose which one you want and wht you would call it

oh yes i did not even relize there were not to many to go around then for sure thats fair i was thinking they would be great for very speacial occations

I agree with Jennifer! If it's a limited thing then you need to make people pay for it.
