well everyone...sean was seen by a nerologest 2 days ago...he was diagnosed agian with autism and has been placed on medications...i am hopeing this will help his anger, violent tendencies, and melt downs...i am taking this whole thing best i can...i am very saddend every time someone tell me sean has autism...at the same time i get angry when people get condisending...like ohh hes fine all kids do that...BLAH! im so sick of hearing that...isnt it obvous my sean has issues??? are people just being nice?? or are they that stupid?? ok maybe just uneducated in this matter..either way im damned if they say he is and im damned if they think he is not....sigh i recently have been told that being the parent of an autistic child is the most stressful thing to go through as a parent.....now i have 2...wow god must think allot of me..i hope he knows what he is doing cause am wide eyed going into all this. like walking into a fire and hopeing for the best...i noticed not to many people are keeping up with this...i hope someone reads this...and i thank them for being here for me

Sean let me cut his hair yesterday..finally! It was sooo long! It has been so long since I wrote on this page....after years of testing and one major stroke Sean cannot be allowed to be transported on public buses unless he is in restraints. He is taken by a team of people to a padded room two times a week at school due to meltdowns. He is on very strong meds. He has trashed neighbors yards and broken into houses. He has hurt me to many times to tell you...he is 87lbs now. He has been escorted out of store by security from Sears AND Walmart...The violent tantrums can last up to 3 hours. He is still potty training. He will be 10 years old April 11th. Life has been so to wake up to everyday yet I still find the strength to love him unconditionally. He is an amazing young man. Ian who is very smart has already started college at age 17 and is a honer student. Ian cannot write but used an alpha smart to turn in his work. Ian also cannot drive a car or pedal any kind of bike. He also needs assistants with EVERYTHING he does. Sean Michael is just as smart and on top of that lives in a world of fantasy. He does NOT like to talk about things in reality or pretty much anything you or I would want to discuss. He is VERY crabby and growls at me daily. He is verbally abusive towards everyone but he is working very hard to correct himself and say things nicer. He has a long hard road ahead of him...so do I

Do they know whats causing the outbursts?

What they know so far is that he has seizure activity...hematomas on his frontal lobe they believe was due to his stroke..he also has nerve damage in his figures and ankles...he does not feel pain the way most people due...He is Autistic and bipolar with schizophrenic tendency's ...very violent. He throws chairs and tables at people..hits kicks bites scratches....They did find threw dna testing that I carry the genes that cause known disorders such as autism and schizophrenia as well as retardation blindness ECT... So between john being aspergers and my genes we got Ian and Sean

Did that news about the dna hurt you?

Yes it did but they told me if they had a different father they may have been ok...I would of course have to have the man tested to see if we were a good dna match...but I have had a total hysterectomy so that wont ever happen

You cant control your dna
