Changes to the board

Added a new theme im working on "textbase" to replace the "dialup" theme
Removed a few unused themes
added links to the board in the lower right corner so I dont have to modify and of the themes

Im not sure what happenes when I shut it down I just want to make sure everyone gets there zenny out, if he loses his then theres nothing I can do about it
