I think most people feel that way at some point, just hopefully not all the time. I know that I feel that way at work a lot when most of the kids haven't done their work or when I have to get them to shut up and work. I also am sick of all these kids who are habitually late to class.

Hope you feel better. Maybe it's time to investigate a career change, assuming that you can afford it.

Seriously, though, if a job change isn't in the cards, maybe you can change your approach at work. I try to change my attitude on certain days when I'm in a bad mood and just try to let the crap slide a bit. It tends to work as a temporary solution anyway, though not a permanent one.
