Mine would be dogs, definitely. I used to have cats and they were okay, but I like my dog the best. He's a 12 year old miniature schnauzer (he'll be 13 in April).

According to a chart I have somewhere, most dogs tend to age around the equivalent of 24 human years during their first 2 years and then around 4 years each year after that. That would put him at 68. It depends on the size and breed as well, I think
