Help me test an rpg MOD

there are no levels in uo. is he at 89% at some skill?

buy better armor, enchant it or get certain stats higher (not sure what stats change that yet)

No I mean on my character sheet. For example, yours is 28 and mine is 10.
No matter how much new armor I buy it hasn't changed. Nor has it changed as I go up levels.
I managed to enchant a shield today and that didn't change it either.
I'm thinking it has something to do with my original character.
Mainly I'm curious...as it doesn't seem to be holding me up.

it does have to do with a mage, go to the Q&A section and check the stats for the mage

you have to choase and pay for which way you go, go to the training grounds
