Got back from game 2 with my brother-in-law and the Yankees won again.

Going for the sweep tomorrow with Ali, her father, and an empty seat because we can't find someone to take the fourth.

Yankees finished up with a sweep in Houston. I'm so glad I got to see all three games, I was trying everything in my power to see one and I really lucked out.

Dave, did you get your power back over the weekend?

I got it back thur. night/fri morning at 3:30am I didnt get much sleep that night

I went golfing today and had a good time. I did pretty well for me, especially considering that I haven't golfed in almost two years. I shot a 113 total - 58 on the front nine and 55 on the back nine. I also had three pars (on two par 3s and one par 4). I would have done better overall, except that my iron shots were inconsistent. My drives were pretty good.

I talked to Chris today and he thinks that Comics Archives might be in some financial trouble and could conceivably close in the near future, though they might hang on like Classic did for a few years. It would be sad to see them go under.

Are they running it badly or just not selling enough comics?

I think the economy in Michigan is hurting them. People who get laid off don't buy very many comics and that has hurt their business.

Did chris find a new job yet, did he get his drivers lic ?

He's still taking driving lessons and has another lesson on Monday. He is still looking for a job.

I have to go back to work tomorrow I spent a part of the day getting my dads bout out of the mud

I had a few friends over in the evening and we stayed up talking and playing cards until after 2am. I'm a little tired now even though I got a good 6.5 hours of sleep, which is about normal for me.
