I got a call around noon from a friend of the bride telling me that the wedding this evening had been called off. I don't know why, but that's too bad. I'm going over to my brother's house tonight instead and we'll be playing cards and other games with a couple of friends.

temper, temper. I don't think that's true at all. I doubt he's ever fucked anybody's mother, at least not recently...

I've got an open house at school on Wednesday from 6:30-8. It's going to be such fun...
I dont think craig will ever get a job
what do you do at an open house?
You might be right about Craig, but I could maybe see him working stock in the back room at a Meijers or Walmart
At an open house, all of the parents are invited to the school. They have a quick meeting with the principal who welcomes them and tells them a bit about the school year and then the parents go around to each of their kids classes for 10 minutes or so. This gives them a feel for their kid's schedule and they get to meet the teacher and find out their expectations and ask questions. I'll be in my room most of the night with different groups of parents going over classroom expectations, homework policies and whatever. Kinda boring and some classes probably won't have many parents while others will be packed.

I remember when I was a kid and my mom went to those.
I don't understand what the sticker on the computer has to do with anything.
Windows computers ship with a registration sticker with the serial number on it, Its proof that you have a legal OS. Now im guessing he is using my serial number on his computers
The open house ended up being rather sparsely attended. Last year, the number of parents was pretty good, but I only saw about 7 parents this year for all of my classes. Basically it was a big waste of time. Oh well.
