im just about to do my 25 situps. i wisk i could do jumping jacks but i think its to much for me just yet. maybe after i lose 5-10 lbs i take meds for my heart probs and they still affect me so i have to take it slow. but just from the frist day i fell better so im all for getting into shape!

Definitely take it slow then. I know that my pulse goes way up after a set of 50 JJ.

well i did 35 yesterday and i feel great! im so happy to have support. it likes have an interactive diary lol... do i need a life or what... i love this posting stuff. and i am so glad to have met you fluffy... i feel grateful today
Same here Jennifer. We can thank Dave for that. I went out and played tennis for an hour and even though I'm sore as can be, it made me feel more calm about life. Funny how a little excercise goes a long way.

OH migod ! You never want to see me on roller skates! I fall down all the time. Total Spaz. I remember trying roller blades and when I tried to stop I fell directly on my butt which was the only place I had no pads on. Man that hurt.
I blew the diet today ...I can't say it was one of my best days. I promise tomorrow I'll be better 8)
