How about this: The Mod is the Wizard of OZ who decides what's on the board and how it runs.

Okay how about this. It's like an attachment that allows things to be done on the board.

its more like adding a turbocharger to your car, like even if your a mod or an admin your name is usually still black, it a MOD that makes it so you can have a red name or blue name for being at tht user level
