I got to school today and found out it was payday. I could have sworn we got paid last Friday, but it turned out that it had been two weeks. That was a nice plus to the day. The day went pretty well also, though I was still kind of tired when I got home. Now I'm having trouble getting to sleep. Oh well. I'll probably take a nap Saturday afternoon to compensate.

I had breakfast with a friend and then went to Men's Wearhouse and bought a couple of suits. I don't wear suits very often, but my brother's getting married next month, so I thought I might as well get one or two. During breakfast, a friend called with the news that four of my former students were in a car crash last night at midnight. Three of them died and the driver is in critical condition. I guess they'd all been drinking and were driving fast down a side street and hit a tree. Stupid, very stupid. They were all 20-24 years old.

Geez, open your comics man. I read two comics and three manga books tonight. I spent an hour or so visiting funeral homes after school. The actual funerals are Wednesday and Thursday. I'll be going to one of them on Thursday at 11am and then have to come back for conferences.
