Well whether you're a king or not depends on your peers regard you.
You're a king in my book.
THANK YOU...I am one hour behind you time wise.
I thought I was Central time but I guess maybe I'm Mountain time.

Well see you learn something new everyday. I could have sworn Michigan was in the central time zone.

Other people have thought that before, but we've always been Eastern Time as far as I know. Indiana, however, is Central, though not all of it goes on Daylight Savings Time

ok back to my diet haha!

so after my ex and I broke up i gains 40 pounds...

I've lost 20 so far, and now I want to lose at least 40 more!!

Starting now am not eating after 10 pm because I do not wake up untill about 4 or 5 pm. and no carbs after 8pm. Plus I'm usually up untill about 7am hehe.

Good or no?

I mean I would lose more weight if my sister didnt steal and lose my turbo jam workout videos that i spent almoet 75 bucks on and only had for 1 month!! grawr.. i miss it. poo....

can you believe i lost 5 pounds in a week when i started that video!! i love thode videos gives me socu much energy and makes me feel soo good, and its so fun!

so if you guys want a good workout video.. its good investment! totally worth it and i hate workout videos so this one must be good hehe ^_~.

Good luck with that. I lost about 10-15 pounds earlier this year, but have stalled over the summer. I'm hoping that once school starts up again and I get on a more regular schedule, I'll drop a bit more.

I rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes each night and tried not to eat after 8pm or so. Plus, I've somewhat been watching what I eat since February. No meals at McDonalds, Wendy's, BK, etc since then.

If you want to lose weight start writing down all the stuff you eat and the amout of colories that were in it, dont cheat. Then start getting that below 1500-2000 colories (your going to have to find out what your supposed to be at)

Thats a major problem, I think the best you could do is find a food listed online thats close to and calculate it out

I found this, I dont know how accurate it is

http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/pu ... ries.shtml

I found this for bulgogi
http://beef.allrecipes.com/az/47575.asp

but I dont know how big the servings are for that and youll have to get ye old calculator out to find out, the calories they list are for 4 servings.

I google for

bulgogi calories

to find that
