Thanks, Dave. Merry Christmas everyone.

I just got back from my parent's house where I spent most of the day. We watched the first half of the Lions game, ate around 2pm, opened presents and were able to catch the Lions winning drive at the end of the game. We spent the rest of the afternoon/evening reading, playing video games, playing other games, and assembling a 298 piece puzzle. All in all, a typical (and enjoyable) Christmas Eve. I'll be going back around noon tomorrow for dinner, cards, and maybe a movie.

It was a puzzle my mom picked up of a dog, 5 cats, several rabbits, a couple of parakeets and flowers. It was a pretty good puzzle. One thing that made it harder, though, was that it did not have a rectangular border. It was like if you were to take a picture and then cut around the outline of the figures themselves and then make a puzzle out of it. That was cool, though. She got a regular puzzle last year with 600 or 800 pieces and it took forever. I'm not sure we even finished it. The pieces were very small. My mom, brother, one of my nieces and I all took turns working on it and finished it around 8:30pm after a couple of hours of work.

Merry Christmas! We had our usual Christmas Eve supper - tacos - and then we taught our daughter to play Texas Hold 'Em. And she won, the stinker.

Tomorrow it's stockings, presents, Bailey's and then off to a friend's house for dinner.

Hope you all have an excellent Christmas!

Yup - tacos. Our traditional supper before we get into 3 or 4 straight days of turkey and stuffing :P

I did get gifts. Many of them - one being The Complete Calvin & Hobbes book set.

I got my husband a master replica Darth Vader light saber and the first 3 seasons of Curb Your Enthusiasm :D

My kid got Heelys, Dance Dance Revolutions, a Furby, etc, etc, etc.

What did everyone else get on this wonderful Christmas day? Did I mention the Bailey's? I love Bailey's and coffee...

I'm sorry this is so belated but I think the Holidays wiped me out.
Kurt, Lorene and Dave, it sounds like you all had good Christmas experiences. I did too, it was just really tiring!

Thank you for the Gift Dave!
Do you realise this is about the one year anniversary for me of when I began posting on your board?

It's been a real pleasure! Because of you I met some pretty cool people, figured out my house was wired incorrectly and saw how easy it is to get addicted to RPGs!

Thank you for keeping the board Dave! :D
