added medals mod

they are only visible in the meberlists profile. i only have one that is a test and i didnt add links to the medal that i could have (above where all the jobs,shop,ect links are) and to the left where your avatars are. im going to use the same type of images (kirby cards) who doesnt love kirby?

maybe you could have a medal shop and people can buy for anyone

u said u wanted for us to give suggestions on how to earn medals?, well u can put it so, ppl can be able to choose one for every 150 posts or 200 posts.
