I'm pretty sure that it's related to a couple of things I've been dealing with over the last few years, including acid reflux. I don't think that it was anything that I ate. I'm just hoping that it resets to normal and stays that way.

I've been feeling almost back to normal the last couple of days. I don't know if it is the Pepsid AC or just getting better over time or what, but hopefully it keeps getting better and stays that way.
